Firstly, after another record year here, team NCZ is growing again as we welcome Gemma Connell full time to support us with our communications and marketing!

Sustainability Tip
Does your team work remotely? Or do they travel to the office?
For those who travel in, it’s worth exploring what opportunities there are to reduce their emissions…
How about suggesting a carpool, with a system to connect employees who can share rides.
Or encourage public transport by offering subsidies for train or bus passes to make greener travel more appealing.
You could even support active travel, where possible, by providing bike racks, showers, or incentives for cycling or walking to work.
Making commuting greener is an easy way to lower your business’ overall carbon footprint AND support your team’s wellbeing!

This month, the spotlight is on Gemma Connell, who officially joins NCZ on a full-time basis.
You may already know her, as she’s been supporting us for the past year, but she brings a wealth of knowledge around LinkedIn and will be working closely with our clients to help them clearly communicate their commitment to responsible business.
She’s also currently organising our Tree in a Million networking event on Monday 3rd March and places are booking up fast, so get your ticket now if you’d like to join us…
This event is the perfect way to get out of the office for an afternoon, contribute to local reforestation and build relationships with senior business leaders.
